Terms of Service

By commissioning or buying from me you agree to the follwing terms of service

I PAYMENT POLICY
1 - Accepted methods of payment are Cash and PayPal. Exceptions might be made for Bank Transfers and Gift Cards.
2 - No work will be started until the full payment is received unless i specifically offered it for you.
3 - For bigger commissions a payment plan can be discussed. Work will be started after the first payment and finished after the last.
II REFUND POLICY
1 - Refunds can be issued before the first work in progress update has been sent.
2 - If the commission has not been finished within 6 months, partial refunds can be issued.
III COMMISSION POLICY
1 - Any commission can be declined without a specified reason.
2 - Reference material and commission details must be sent before payment.
3 - Work in progress updates will be sent after each significant step: sketch, lineart, coloring and shading.
4 - Requests of any changes should be done immediately after receiving a work in progress update.
5 - Do not alter my work without my permission.
6 - Do not use my work for commercial purposes without my permission.
IV SUBJECT POLICY
1 - No commissions involving discriminatory depictions. That includes, but is not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia.
2 - No NSFW commissions involving child-like or feral physique.
3 - No NSFW commissions involving human x anthro.
V ART TRADES
1 - Art trades can be declined without a specified reason.
2 - Quality over quantity: Several low quality art pieces do not equal one high quality art piece.
3 - Art trades are set in stone once both sides have sent their sketch.
